Classified ad deadline is Thurs. - Noon, EST. All classified ads will be published on PennySavers.com on Monday, before noon for the duration of the purchased time frame.

Tile, Banner and Mall Merchant advertising will be published within 72 hours of client approval or 48 hours if provided web ready.

*Advertising Policies*

–	H&K Publications, Inc. will not accept any adult-oriented web site advertising, nor advertising from a web site that provides direct links to an adult-oriented web site.

–	No advertising will be accepted that, in the opinion of H&K Publications, Inc. management, may be harmful to the business interests of any H&K Publications, Inc. publications or any of its products.

–	H&K Publications, Inc. reserves the right to reject or exclude advertising copy which in its opinion is unethical, misleading, unfair, in bad taste, detrimental to the public interest or otherwise inappropriate or incompatible with the character of all H&K Publications, Inc. publications. This right shall not be deemed to have been waived by acceptance, actual use or previous publication of any advertising material. H&K Publications, Inc. shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement.

–	Advertisers and their agents agree to indemnify and protect H&K Publications, Inc. from all claims, actions, or expenses arising from advertising placed in H&K Publications, Inc. web sites and publications.

–	H&K Publications, Inc. reserves the right to change rates upon notice.
